• JSAE Annual Party is a pay event [JPY3,000 (tax included)] to be held during JSAE Annual Congress (Spring). The party will be held at Room 301+302+303+304, 3F Pacifico Yokohama Conference Center from 18:10 to 19:40 on Thursday, May 26. A registered attendee of EVTeC & APE Japan 2016 is allowed to attend.

• A lunch box [JPY1,080 (tax included)] will be prepared for a registered attendee of EVTeC & APE Japan 2016, but no vegetarian lunch box will be served. 

• * Student includes a student presenting author who may be requested to show an ID on site.

Registration Package

A registration fee covers the followings:

• A conference bag containing the program and proceedings (CD-ROM), 1 each to be given at registration

• Refreshments service at break during the conference

• Free access to Plenary Session 1 & 2 (May 25 and 26), and Standardization Form (May 27) besides technical paper presentations in Special and Regular sessions

• Free access to Award & Closing Ceremony (May 27)

• Free access to JSAE Annual Congress (Spring) at Pacifico Yokohama Conference Center (May 25 through May 27)

Invitation Letters and Support Documents for Visa Application

An individual requesting a letter of invitation with additional support documents must be a registered attendee with fully paid status, provided that they are:

• A presenting author (Speaker) and co-authors

• Those who JSAE recognizes as necessary to attend

• Please download a form from here and mail it to EVTeC & APE Japan 2016 Secretariat at your earliest convenience as it may take 10 days to 3 weeks before you will receive.

Cancellation Policy

Requests to cancel registration must be sent to EVTeC & APE Japan 2016 Secretariat by e-mail in advance. Any refunds will be made after the conference has ended.


<<Registration Fee>>

• On/before Wednesday, May 18, 2016: Cancellation is accepted. Registration fee with remittance charges subtracted will be refunded.

• After Thursday, May 19, 2016: Cancellation is unaccepted with no refund of registration fee but the conference proceedings will be sent after the conference.

<<JSAE Annual Party & Lunch Boxes>>

• Cancellation for both JSAE Annual Party and lunch boxes are unaccepted and no refunds are available after online reservation. However, JSAE Annual Party ticket is available onsite. Therefore, it is recommended to purchase a ticket for the party onsite if you are unsure of your schedule.
