Registration
Due to COVID-19 developments, the Japanese government declared a state of emergency for a pandemic in the greater Tokyo area on April 25th, and the on-site conference was canceled, unfortunately. As a result, EVTeC2021 moved from hybrid to full online conference.

Closing date for Early bird Registration: May 13 17, 2021
Online registration will be closed on May 13 17 and re-open on May 21.

March 24March 31. *2 For those who wish to attend the conference at the venue, the application will start after March 24.
There is a limit number of people allowed in the venue. Please note that applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only Pre-registration is accepted.- *3 Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of the conference. Students are required to submit a scanned copy (in either jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID or student certificate letter from their supervisors via online registration form. Please be advised that student rate will not be applied for students who have full time job.

Payment Method
Payment must be made in Japanese yen, and can be made by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB).
*For completing the Early bird Registration, it should be paid in full by May 13 17, 2021.
About Accessing the Online Conference
Once you have registered and paid, the link to join the EVTeC2021 online conference will appear on the My Page of your registered account starting May 21.
From My Page, you will be able to access InfoVaya, ZOOM, Proceedings, and Program.
Please note that for those who registered after May 21 (Late Registration), it may take some time to set up the InfoVaya viewing system.
Receipt
It will be downloaded from your registration account.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellations must be made in writing to the Registration Office<evtec2021-reg@jtbcom.co.jp>. The following cancellation fees will apply, based on the date when the office receives your cancellation notification.
